🏥 MNGHA – Healthcare Industry

• Services Dashboard: .NET MVC Website that serves admin users to view statistics for Wasfaty, manage HIS features, register devices, and run DB procedures.
• Wasfaty: Member of the team that implemented Wasfaty integration and validation for MNGHA HIS with Nupco.
• Self Check-In: .NET MVC Website enabling patients to check in using QR code, national ID, or Iqama by integrating with HIS systems.
• Auto Reject Medication Refill: PL/SQL procedure that works with a DB scheduler to reject invalid refill requests based on complex conditions.
• IVR Medication Refill API: ASP.NET MVC API that connects HIS with the communications department to retrieve and process refillable medications.
• SMS Medication Prescription Instructions: Integrated HIS and communications to send SMS messages containing prescription instructions after medication dispensing.
• NPHIES Integration: Implement the integration of medications part between MNGHA and NPHIES.
• NPHIES Console: Web-based console for tracking and monitoring NPHIES integration status and logs.
• API Exception Alert: ASP.NET MVC API used to notify stakeholders via email whenever server-side exceptions occur.

📡 Lebara – Telecom Industry

• Kiosk: .NET WPF desktop app managing scanner and dispenser devices, integrated with fingerprint readers and Geidea POS for issuing/replacing SIMs, updating customer info, and handling port-in requests. Includes auto-update functionality via .NET API that's integrated with TCC.
• Auto Payment Middleware: .NET Core middleware API between multiple internal systems and HyperPay for handling automated telecom payment workflows.
• Connected Cars: Secure .NET Core API for providing real-time SIM and service info to automotive systems.
• Decryption API: .NET Core API for decrypting secure telecom messages using advanced AES algorithms and encrypted key files.
• Gauss DB Java Bridge: Java console app bridging .NET Core workers and GaussDB (Java-only driver) to execute dynamic SQL queries with caching and high performance.

💻 Others

• Library Management System: .NET website for managing book inventory, borrowing history, and customer accounts.
• Personal Responsive Website: Responsive personal website built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap—this site serves as an extended CV.
• Integration LIS with POS: Oversaw testing and management of integration between LIS and POS.
• Chat Bot: Built a Node.js bot using Puppeteer to handle Arabic customer inquiries on Twitter, with auto-reply and escalation logic.
• Personal WordPress Website: Personal blog developed using WordPress with extended academic and personal information.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Imam Muhammed bin Saud University. My coursework included:

• Programming: Learned C++ and Java programming with multiple projects for each of them.
• Data Structure: Learned programming data structure such as linked list, queue, stack and tree using Java.
• Application Development: Learned to develop a web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
• Database Management: Explored database design, implementation, normalization, SQL queries and management techniques using MySQL.
• System Analysis: Learned about design patterns, UI (user interface) and UML diagrams (Unified Modeling Language).
• Project Management: Developed skills in project planning, execution, cost management, time management, scope management, quality and risk management, communication management and team coordination.
• Network: Covered principles of network, network protocols, network configuration, network troubleshooting and network security using Cisco packet tracer. with project to code a UDP connection then convert it to TCP using Java.
• Information Security: Learned to protect my information, encryption and decryption and some algorithms such as AES, DES, RSA, RC4, Symmetric-key cryptography and Hash functions. In this field I have a Cyber Security Boot Camp using kali linux and many tools from Coding Dojo and SDA.
• Content Management: Learned Joomla and WordPress, completed a Joomla project, and built a previous personal website using WordPress.
• Cloud Computing: Learned about cloud components, security and platforms such as SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
• Operating Systems: Learned about C programming language, Processes and Threads, Memory Management, File Systems, Input/Output Management, Kernel Architecture, System Calls, Access Control and Security Mechanisms.
• Data Mining: Learned about data mining concepts, techniques and knowledge discovery process (data cleaning, data warehouse, relevant data, pattern evaluation then get knowledge). Using Orange software for data mining.
• Information Management: Learned how to create, organize, share, secure and retrieve information.
• ERP System: Learned about ERP planning and ERP implementation using Odoo.
• Graduation Project: A chatbot for a water company’s social customers on X (Twitter), built with Puppeteer in Node.js. The bot monitors mentions, analyzes Arabic customer queries, retrieves the best matching answer, replies automatically, and escalates unanswered cases to employees. It also prevents duplicate replies by tracking previous responses.
